1. Physical sample policy
Cut-size physical samples are available for material, texture and flexibility evaluation. For an initial project review, up to 5 sample pieces are free. The buyer is responsible for international courier freight.
Sample availability depends on the selected family and finish. We confirm the available styles and courier cost before dispatch.
2. Sample appearance
Samples are intended to help confirm color, texture and finish direction. Screen colors can differ from physical materials, and some surface families may include natural or intentional variation. Final production should be confirmed against the approved sample, finish code and order documents.
3. Production-order shipping
Production orders may be quoted on EXW or FOB terms depending on the project. Orders are generally shipped by sea freight unless another arrangement is agreed in writing.
The quotation or order confirmation will state the applicable trade term, production lead time, loading arrangement and any freight included in the quoted price.
4. Destination charges and import costs
Unless specifically included in the quotation, destination-port charges, customs clearance, duties, taxes, local delivery and other destination costs are the buyer's responsibility.
5. Delivery timing
Production and transit times are estimates unless a specific commitment is stated in the order documents. Shipping schedules can be affected by vessel space, customs, weather, port congestion and other logistics factors outside our direct control.
6. Before placing an order
For project orders, confirm the selected family, finish code, quantity, panel format, application, destination and requested timing so the correct shipping route can be quoted.
